Bought it because I don't really eat a lot of vitamin a and I wanted to boost my immune system and it worked. And Vitamin A is the only helpful to eliminates all of my Vitamin D side effects. If I take Vitamin D without Vitamin A I get these side effects a lot like ( 1 Anger and screaming angry thoughts. 2) Overall weakness. 3) Bloody cracks inside nostrils. 4) Bumps on back of neck. 5) Aching elbows. 6) Aching, stiffness, sharp pain in lower back. 7) Aching, tightness, tingling, 8) weakness in quadriceps. 9) Pain in foot bones.
